Guidelines for Preparing a Contribution to 18th IMCS

Start by selecting IMCS symposium number 1 through 10 based upon topics. Then follow these instructions for 1 page text which will be automatically formatted after submission with your title, and author affiliations.

Titles and Headings

In the main title, please use initial capital letters; do not capitalize articles (like “the”), coordinate conjunctions (“and”), and prepositions (“of”, “in”) under four letters in length.


Follow the next step to enter the authors. You will need the title, full name, mailing address, email address, and affiliation for the corresponding author. You will need the title, full name, email address, and affiliation for all co-authors.

Format of your Abstract

You will be able to bold, italicize, and underline any text in your abstract (except for the title). Greek symbols may also be used. The end format will be automatic from the text you submit.


Including an image is optional. If you do have an image it must be in .jpg format. There will be an option to upload your image after you submit your abstract text.


The final step is to confirm your submission. Please check that ALL information is correct as submitted. All information will be published exactly as you entered it into the system, and cannot be changed after the abstract submission deadline.

Presenting authors will be automatically informed of the unique ID numbers and passwords assigned to their abstracts. Abstracts may be viewed and modified at any time between submission and the deadline date of 5th December 2020, using the assigned ID# and password.

Please Note

Company logos and emphasized company names may not be included in the abstract.

If your paper is accepted for 18th IMCS, by submitting it you allow the organizer to publish it (1) in the ECS Digital Library, and (2) in the online program.

Authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required, e.g. from go­vern­ments, industries and/or other organiza­tions. No responsibility is accepted by the organizer.


List and number all bibliographical references at the end of the paper. When referenced within the text, enclose the citation number in square brackets, i.e. [1]
